I have over five years of marketing experience working within the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry. Within my career I’ve had the pleasure of ideating and launching award-winning products. This included my time at Maple Leaf Foods, working on Maple Leaf Canadian Craft, which was a Canadian-inspired line of premium deli meats. The product assortment went on to win a Best New Product Award in 2017.
I also have extensive experience in driving communication strategies from creation to execution. This includes my time at Mars, Inc. where I was able to drive strategy on the Snickers ‘You’re Not You When You’re Hungry’ from a Canadian perspective. I did this using promotional vehicles like on-pack messaging, out-of-home advertising and social media.
I have also been able to activate partnership-marketing programs by connecting brands to sports properties. I’ve done this with the likes of Snickers and the Toronto Raptors during the 2016-17 season. As well as the Canadian Football League (CFL) with Dimpflmeier Bakery during Grey Cup 105, and Warner Brothers’ movie Rampage (starring Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson) during CFL Week 2018.
